The position is part of an interdisciplinary team, and the work consists of organizing and facilitating the activity offer in groups and individually, as well as supervision, teaching and follow-up work in the user's local environment. The position must be expected to involve some travel. Supervision of students is included as part of the position.

Higher education in pedagogy and sports science/physical education/physical activity and health
In addition, applicants should preferably have:
The study "Physical Activity and Disability"
Broad activity expertise
Experience from working with people with disabilities
Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration
Good collaboration skills
Interest and motivation for professional development work
Basic IT skills
Good written presentation skills
Applicants must be fluent in Norwegian, both spoken and written.
