BHSS is a rehabilitation institution in the specialist health service that provides services to more than 900 patients with various disabilities each year. The clinic is organized into interdisciplinary teams for children/youth, young adults and adults, respectively, who interact with other specialist health services, centers of expertise, municipal services and sports. Activity and participation with a focus on opportunities rather than limitations is an important guideline in the patient service, based on specialized interdisciplinary rehabilitation expertise.

Beitostølen Health Sports Center now has a vacancy: 100% LIS position, temporary position in the period 01.09.26 - 02.04.27, with good opportunities for extension.
We are looking for applicants with great professional commitment and interest in developing their expertise in rehabilitation/habilitation for people with disabilities. There is no on-call duty in the position and we can offer staff housing and excellent indoor and outdoor training facilities.
Physician in Specialization (LIS)
If you have completed LIS 1, the position will provide valuable service for LIS in physical medicine and rehabilitation and general practice. The position will also be relevant as supplementary service/further education for LIS/medical specialists in neurology, child and adolescent psychiatry and pediatrics.
We especially encourage physicians with experience from unselected general practice to apply.

Norwegian authorization as a doctor
Fluent in Norwegian - written and spoken
