Target groups and performance agreements
Children and adolescents (2-17 years): "Adapted physical activity, family, education". Diagnosis-independent offer.
Young adults (18-29 years): "Adapted physical activity, family, education". Diagnosis-independent offer.
Adults (from 30 years of age) with neurological or neuromuscular diseases. The target group does not include patients who have had a stroke or have suffered an acquired brain injury. NB! This agreement expires on June 30, 2026. From July 1, 2026, adults from 30 years of age from Helse Nord cannot be offered rehabilitation with us.
Referral from specialist health services, GPs and contracted specialists:
Referrals are sent to the Regional Assessment Unit in Health North for assessment.
Electronic: Search for "Regional Assessment Unit Mid-Norway (RVE)" in the national address register
If it is not possible to send the referral electronically, it can be sent by post:

A referral form is not required, but the referral should contain all the points in the "Referral Checklist" .
