Target groups and performance agreements
Children and adolescents (2-17 years): "Adapted physical activity, family, education". Diagnosis-independent offer.
Young adults (18-29 years): "Adapted physical activity, family, education". Diagnosis-independent offer.
Adults (from 30 years of age) with neurological or neuromuscular diseases. The target group does not include patients who have had a stroke or have suffered an acquired brain injury. NB! This agreement expires on 31 October 2026. From 1 November 2026, adults over 30 years of age from Helse Nord cannot be offered rehabilitation with us.
Referral from specialist health services, GPs and contracted specialists:
Referrals are sent to the Regional Assessment Unit in Health North for assessment.
Electronic: Search for "Regional Assessment Unit Mid-Norway (RVE)" in the national address register
If it is not possible to send the referral electronically, it can be sent by post:

A referral form is not required, but the referral should contain all the points in the "Referral Checklist" .
