Target groups and performance agreements
Children and adolescents (2-17 years): "Adapted physical activity, family, education". Diagnosis-independent offer.
Young adults (18-29 years): "Adapted physical activity, family, education". Diagnosis-independent offer.
Adults (from 30 years of age) with neurological or neuromuscular diseases. The target group does not include patients who have had a stroke or have suffered an acquired brain injury. NB! This agreement expires on June 30, 2026. From July 1, 2026, adults from 30 years of age from HSØ cannot be offered rehabilitation with us.
Referral from GPs and contracted specialists:
Referrals are sent electronically via the Norwegian Health Network to the Regional Coordinating Unit (RKE) at Sunnaas Hospital HF: "Regional Coordinating Unit HSØ–Sunnaas", service category "Rehabilitation, RKE" (HER-id 194662).
If you, as the referrer, do not see HER ID 194662, you must contact your local IT manager.
A referral form is not required, but the referral should contain all the points in the "Referral Checklist" .
Referral from specialist health services:
Referrals are sent directly to Beitostølen Health Sports Center:
Electronically: Search for "Stiftelsen Beitostølen Helsesportsenter" in the national address register.
Mail: Beitostølen Health Sports Center, Medical Office, Sentervegen 4, 2953 Beitostølen.
A referral form is not required, but the referral should contain all the points in the "Referral Checklist" .
