Target group
The target group is young adults. with various disabilities and who can physically and socially benefit from an offer adapted to a group.
Goal
The overall goal is to create a basis for increased activity and participation in one's own local environment. In addition, individual goals are developed for each individual participant.
Main instrument
Through adapted physical activity, combined with medical, educational and social support, young adults are given tools to challenge their own limits and create new arenas of mastery.
