We are looking for a committed nurse who wants a central role in planning, coordination and patient follow-up at Beitostølen Health Sports Center. The position combines nursing work with responsibility for shift planning, staffing, coordination of patient care and development of the subject area Life Management and Health Competence. You will also have an important role in maintaining and further developing nursing quality, competence and practice at the center. Coordinating nurse
Would you like to combine clinical nursing, professional development and coordination at Beitostølen Health Sports Center?
Prepare and maintain rotations and staffing plans for the nursing service
Follow up on daily staffing, payroll and resource planning
Administer and coordinate the nursing service at BHSS
Conduct nursing assessments and coordinate patient care before and during stays
Coordinate companion resources and arrangements related to patient stays
Contribute to quality work, preparedness, competence development and follow-up of relevant quality systems
Participate in patient-oriented work when needed
Contribute to maintaining and further developing nursing quality, practice and competence
Coordinate and further develop work within life skills and health literacy
Plan, coordinate and, if necessary, carry out education for patients and relatives
Licensed nurse with experience from clinical work
Experience with shift planning and resource management is an advantage
Experience in coordination, administration or patient logistics is desirable.
Experience with teaching, supervision or group management is an advantage
Good digital skills and interest in digital work tools
Good knowledge of Norwegian, both written and spoken.
You work in a structured, planned and precise manner, even when there are many tasks to be handled at the same time.
You have good collaboration and communication skills and the ability to create good relationships with patients, relatives and colleagues.
You enjoy coordinating, planning and ensuring good flow in work processes.
You have a good understanding of patient care and interaction in interdisciplinary teams.
You actively contribute to a good working environment and are happy to share knowledge with others.
